Physical Therapist

We are seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our team in Summit, NJ, providing individualized care in a 1:1 setting to promote functional outcomes and help eliminate ageism.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering clinical interventions and autonomous treatment plans
• Participating in an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered outcomes
• Supporting geriatric populations through Geriatric House Calls™

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in the state of practice
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer skills and current CPR certification
