Network Engineer L3

This role involves managing and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring SLA adherence, and troubleshooting technical issues. The position requires extensive experience in network administration, project implementation, and customer handling, with a focus on Cisco and Meraki products, among other skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling incident, problem, and change tickets
• Performing root cause analysis
• Performing installations, configurations, and migrations
• Designing and implementing network projects
• Monitoring SLA compliance and maintaining network uptime
• Building and maintaining test environments
• Suggesting new technologies and process improvements

Mandatory Skills:

• Cisco Router and Switches, Meraki Wireless and MX devices
• WLAN – Cisco
• Infoblox IPAM/DNS/DHCP
• Automation and Load Balancers (F5)

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of enterprise network administration experience
• Customer handling and technical management experience
• Relevant Cisco and industry certifications
• Expertise in LAN/WAN architecture, routing protocols, and disaster recovery

Soft Skills:

• Team player, able to handle high-pressure situations, and drive company values

Certifications required:

• ITIL v3, CCNP-R&S or CCIE
