• 8-10 years’ experience in SAP GRC AC and SAP Security.
• Candidate must have experience in GRC PC (Process Control) [most important requirement]
• Deep knowledge of SAP GRC 12.0 implementation and Support.
• Experience in working for Continuous Control Monitoring by automating controls in GRC PC.
• Hands-on configuration and implementation of GRC AC, PC, and Security.
• Working in Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) for automation of fully automated controls in 4 business processes (ITGC, PTP, OTC, ATR).
• Worked in assessment of the automated controls with Platform Product Owner.
• Deliver good numbers of controls in each business process.
• Work in troubleshooting of redesign of controls based on customer requirements.
• Creation of Control as per customer requirement.
• Good knowledge in automating manual tasks to fully and semi-automated controls.
• Streamline business Processes:
  Align internal controls and policies with business objectives and risks, oversee key business processes, and monitor high transaction volumes in real-time.
• Automated workflows and notification:
  Reduce manual intervention and enable a rapid response to control exceptions while involving appropriate stakeholders in relevant tasks.
• Comprehensive control evaluations:
  Improve compliance and control processes by performing comprehensive control evaluations, managing the complete policy lifecycle, and streamlining issue management.
• Continuous Control Monitoring:
  Monitoring data through scheduled processes or in real-time and integrating with SAP and third-party systems using connectors, Web services, or views from S4 HANA.
• Unified repository for Process Control data:
  Establish a single platform to manage multiple repository policies and compliance procedures and optimize control assessment and testing activities.
• Mapping of Owner, Reviewer, and operator for controls.
• SAP GRC Process Control design and configuration.
• Design and build of SAP GRC PC CCM business rules & master data setup.
• Working with a SOX-based controls environment.
• Maintenance of SAP GRC Process Control master.
