As the Digital Product Lead, NA E2E Analytics, you will lead the supply chain analytics roadmap for Consumer Health, developing and deploying advanced analytics and business intelligence to support business priorities and long-term strategies.
Responsibilities- Implement end‑to‑end analytics capabilities to provide insights for business and financial decision‑making.
- Execute the NA Analytics roadmap, aligning with strategic priorities, data and technology strategies, talent strategy, and emerging digital technologies.
- Support prioritization of resources and funding for analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders inside and outside Deliver to drive actions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Continuously improve processes with innovative solutions and methodologies.
- Provide analyses and business insights for projects and strategic initiatives within Deliver.
- Ensure the team maintains deep knowledge of analytics tools, business processes, and data relationships in logistics.
- Benchmark and research best industry practices and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field) required; preferred the mentioned fields.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in people influencing, mentoring and coaching.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the end‑to‑end supply chain.
- Experience developing and implementing an analytics capability.
- Experience partnering with and influencing business partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to create innovative methodologies for logistics problems.
- Product management proficiency.
- Proficiency with Power
BI, SQL, Python, and Databricks. - Advanced proficiency of Data & Analytics tools with proven optimization results.
- Up to 15% domestic travel.
- Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.
- Experience leading a team focused on analytics capabilities or outcomes.
