Required skills:

• Reliance EtQ Designer, EtQ Script, Python, Java, JavaScript, CSS, Web Logic 12c, Unix, Oracle PL SQL
• The resource will establish and document policy, procedures, standards, and other documents as required, for the delivery of Changes related to Application services that follow industry-standard methodologies and best practices
• The resource should have 5+ years of experience managing application development/operation teams with at least 3+ years of experience in Change and Release Management Processes in a Life Sciences organization with Proven success as a change and release manager for large implementation projects Health and Human Services project experience
• In-depth understanding of SDLC methodology
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams, project management, client management and customer stakeholders.
