Location:
Summit, NJ (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Experience:
8+ Years
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Property & Casualty Insurance domain expertise to lead business-critical technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder management
- Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, product teams, and technical teams
- Drive Agile delivery, SDLC best practices, and project governance
- Gather requirements and document user stories, use cases, and business requirements
- Manage project plans, RACI matrices, status reporting, and executive communications
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong P&C Insurance industry experience
- Experience managing technology projects across business and IT teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and project delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience writing requirements, user stories, and use cases
