IDE Trainer

Location:

Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX Onsite: 3 days a week views, first with manager, then second will be video panel

Must have:

• Deep level of understanding/experience with IDE's and how they operate/works (Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ, etc. – Open to any IDE experience)
• Good personality
• Strong technical background/understanding (open to any since they will be exposed to a variety – development, AI, etc.)
• Attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, etc.
• Strong soft skills, eagerness to learn, dig in, looking for a great personality fit – this is the most important part.

Position:

• 50% of their time will be assisting our team and building out additional tooling, enhancing existing tools, building out the forefront of the next stage of technology  example, could be working on dev containers, the internal market space, building out additional AI agents, etc.
• 50% of their other time will be doing 'road shows' – basically building out videos and sharing some of the work they're doing, going out in the community, traveling, etc.
• Open to any IDE's:
  Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio (what they'll be using), etc.
• With IDE they're looking for someone with deep level of knowing how it operates and works. Doesn't care which one
