Kardex SME-- CDC

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Kardex Power Pick System (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse/logistics automation
• Experience in system integration (ERP/WMS)
• Ability to troubleshoot both functional and technical issues
• Experience working in R&D / lab environment / pharmaceutical / manufacturing domain
• Exposure to Kardex Shuttle, Vertical Lift Modules (VLM)
• Familiarity with automation tools, PLC basics, or industrial IT system
• Prior experience in onsite support roles (USA or global clients)

• Manage and support Kardex Power Pick System (PPS) operations in R&D lab environment.
• Perform system configuration, installation, and upgrades for Kardex solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration with ERP/WMS systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA) for system failures and implement preventive measures.
• Support data mapping, barcode systems, and automation workflow.
• Maintain documentation including SOPs, system architecture, and user guide.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in lab environment.
