SISL Global in Summit, NJ seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline end-user support for desktops and software across a corporate environment. You will help with Office 365, ERP tools, and standard IT services to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows 10/11, AD provisioning, printer/scanner support, and assisting with new-hire device setups. Occasional after-hours support may be required during product launches and peak periods.
