Seeking a Data Migration Specialist for a consulting position at a consumer products client. The role is hybrid, 2 days/week in Summit, NJ and 3 days/week remote.
*** No 3rd party/subcontractor candidates, W2 candidates only will be considered ***
Responsibilities:
- Transferring files from external hard drives or flash drives to a digital platform and AWS S3 storage buckets.
- Organizing digital image and microbiome data files
- Use programmatic scripts for batch data entry of image/microbiome metadata into corresponding database fields
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of database experience
- Comfort with large-scale file transfer and physical media
- Database/metadata entry experience (SQL basics or structured tools)
