• 2+ years of hand‑on corporate transactional experience with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with a mix of any of the following is very beneficial:
  Formation of business organizations; corporate governance matters; venture capital; M&A; diligence; bank financing; executive compensation; stock or cash‑based employee incentive plans; licensing agreements; distribution agreements; succession in closely held or family businesses; management and leveraged buy‑outs; compliance with disclosure obligations under the federal and state securities laws
• Top academic credentials
• JD from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey

The provided salary range for this role is $125,000 to $200,000, with flexibility based on experience, book of business and other factors. Total compensation also includes multiple bonuses.
