Our client, a boutique business law firm with sophisticated national capabilities, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation team in New Jersey. From day one, you will play a central role in high-stakes business disputes, working closely with litigation partners while managing matters that require both strategic thinking and strong technical execution. You will work directly with business owners, executives, and in-house counsel, helping them navigate disputes with a practical, business-first mindset.

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
• Lead assigned cases while collaborating closely with litigation partners
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy and analysis
• Coordinate with paralegals and support staff on active matters
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Handle multiple active matters while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• JD and Admission to practice law in New Jersey required
• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience required
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery materials required
• Experience managing discovery and client communications required
