Supply Planner

We are seeking a Supply Planner to manage supply planning activities for an assigned product portfolio within a complex manufacturing and distribution environment. This individual will develop and maintain supply plans, ensure inventory is positioned to meet customer demand, and proactively mitigate supply risks while partnering with cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and commercial functions.

• Own supply planning and inventory management for assigned products.
• Develop and maintain supply plans using SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or similar planning systems.
• Monitor supply continuity across manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and external manufacturing partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity constraints, material shortages, and inventory gaps.
• Communicate supply risks, business impacts, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with commercial, operations, and manufacturing teams to drive effective supply strategies.

• 3-5 years of supply planning experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting products manufactured through external or third-party manufacturing networks.
• Hands-on experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or a comparable planning platform.
• Proven ability to own and communicate supply plans while balancing customer service, inventory, and manufacturing constraints.
• Strong experience identifying supply risks and driving mitigation plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Consumer healthcare, consumer products, or CPG experience.
• Experience with inventory positioning, distribution center replenishment, and continuity of supply planning.
