Project Manager – Innovation New Product Introductions / Lifecycle Management

A well‑known global cosmetics corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead innovative new product introductions and lifecycle management across multiple regions, functions, and external partners. This role is responsible for driving on‑time product launches through strong cross‑functional leadership and disciplined project execution.

• Lead creation, implementation, reporting, and communication of project plans
• Develop business cases, project plans, and risk assessments with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance and proactively manage risks
• Develop and track project plans using MS Project or similar tools
• Communicate status, reports, budgets, and key deliverables
• Define and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and leadership
• Identify and resolve critical path issues and root causes
• Support project budgets and business case approvals

• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical project management
• Direct experience leading new product introduction (NPI) launches

• Experience with tech transfer, change control, reformulations, and packaging changes
• Strong business acumen and proven results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with project reporting tools and scorecard

• Project management across scope, time, cost, quality, and risk
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
