This role requires a high school diploma and 5-7 years of relevant experience in the electrical field. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of transmission and distribution operations, supervisory skills, and the ability to motivate and coach teams.

Benefits include a competitive salary range of $135,660 - $191,520 plus comprehensive healthcare and retirement plans.
