- Develop SKU-level operational forecasts for a number of products within an assigned portfolio via coordination of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes using SAP Demand Planning functionality.
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies for Skin Health products in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize stockouts.
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify opportunities for growth and product innovation.
- Create and maintain demand planning metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on demand planning activities and results.
- Develop and implement demand management strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet sales and distribution demand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand and ensure timely delivery of products
- Lead the sales and operation planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management
- Manage budgeting, risk analysis, and service management to ensure efficient operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to multiple teams of professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand planning strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex business data
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/initiatives in a matrix environment
- Experience with syndicated data and MS Office Suite applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience or exposure to project management or large‑scale project work
- Experience working with club retailers (e.g., Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's)
