The Account Executive is responsible for managing marketing campaigns and keeping projects on time and on budget. The role involves leading promotions, ensuring compliance and efficiency, and maintaining strong internal and client relationships.

• Plan, execute, and close out assigned marketing promotions, including budget reconciliation and post-program analysis.
• Develop and manage project timelines, proactively communicating potential delays.
• Secure purchase orders and review vendor SOWs for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless program execution, compliance with legal and policy requirements, and efficient workflows.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency.
• Fulfill internal requests and deliver assets promptly and thoroughly.
• Lead the artwork approval process, serving as primary point of contact and providing clear feedback to creative agencies.
• Manage artwork routing and approvals through the copy clearance system, liaising with stakeholders (Regulatory, Legal, Brand, etc.).
• Facilitate alignment on artwork between Sales and Brand teams, including organizing calls and meetings as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Brand teams through regular communication.
• Lead weekly conference calls with the Retail Sales Team.
• Attend regular status meetings.
• Continuously develop expertise in assigned promotion areas and contribute to process refinement.
• Maintain strong performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communication or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA or 18 months of applicable business experience.
• Proficient reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Client-facing experience.
• Team collaboration and mentoring skills.
• Intermediate-level math proficiency.
• Common-sense problem solving.
• Ability to delegate and manage healthy business processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; typing speed minimum 55 wpm.
• Vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment.
