The Senior Brand Manager of Innovation will lead the innovation strategy for US Markets (including brands such as Band-Aid® Brand, and Neosporin®), develop a future pipeline for US markets, and execute current innovation pipeline projects. The Manager will work with cross‑functional teams of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, design, and marketing leads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an innovation strategy for the US market, ensuring that it delivers against the brand growth plans, positioning brands to grow household penetration and market share, while delivering sales goals.
- Leverage data‑driven insights and emerging market trends to build compelling brand pipelines that differentiate brands in a competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to execute new product innovation projects.
- Ensure plans meet customer and consumer needs, exceeding customer hurdle rates, elevating brand equity and driving market share growth.
- Manage and optimize the innovation budget to maximize ROI.
- Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous improvement within cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills combined with a creative mindset to develop disruptive marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex market data and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt marketing strategies in a dynamic environment.
- Self Care or Essential Health experience.
- Proven track record of leading successful brand innovation projects that resulted in measurable business growth and enhanced consumer engagement.
