Charge Nurse, RN Nurse
Responsible for ensuring that the department is staffed appropriately to ensure the effective delivery of nursing care and specialty needs of services are met. Maintains compliance with established quality standards. Manages unit staff productively and assists in budget development and maintenance. Assumes a leadership role in development of professional practice.
ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- Three (3) years' experience in discipline.
- Clinical and technical expertise in specialties of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Charge experience and specialty certification.
- Experience using EPIC.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Knowledge of clinical nursing care procedures and protocols.
Minimum Salary (Hourly Rate): $50.15
Maximum Salary (Hourly Rate): $88.28
