Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team on a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide competent and appropriate nursing care to patients across the continuum of care, ensuring their safety, satisfaction, and well-being. This role requires strong assessment, clinical, documentation, and patient education skills, as well as a commitment to professionalism and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current RN License.
• BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Additional Information:

• Demonstrates competent knowledge of growth and development stages from Pediatric to Geriatric.
• Maintains complete and accurate documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Consistently follows National Patient Safety Goals and utilizes safe transfer techniques.
• Provides patient education and assesses understanding of surgical procedures and instructions.
• Supports timely completion of Pre Admission Testing (PAT) and evaluates orders for appropriateness.
