Pay Rate: $55–$58/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Summit, NJ
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Education: BSN required
License: Active RN license required
Certification: CCMC preferred

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Inpatient Case Management experience is required.
• RN license required.
• BSN required.
• 2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in case management and managed care.
• Strong understanding of discharge planning and transitions of care.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCMC certification.
• 2+ years of acute-care experience.
• Experience with utilization management.
• Experience performing quality screenings.

Additional Information Responsibilities

• Coordinate patients throughout the acute care hospitalization
