• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and potential luxury property clients with a servant heart.
• Conduct thorough market research to assess property values, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
• Negotiate and facilitate the sales process, including managing offers, counteroffers, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and administrative staff, to create effective marketing materials and ensure a seamless transaction process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and luxury real estate developments to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant functions to build and expand your professional network.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.

• 3 to 5+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, including current trends, pricing
• Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools, including MLS systems, CRM platforms, and marketing software
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills and financially savvy
