We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientist to join our team. The primary responsibility will be developing mammalian cell lines and assessing new platforms to produce monoclonal and bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins, or other recombinant proteins for clinical and commercial manufacturing. The candidate will be involved in techniques such as flow cytometry and cell imaging, collaborating with departments including molecular biology, upstream process development, and process development analytics.

Additionally, the scientist will participate in the assessment and integration of new technologies to enhance our platforms.

• Perform cell staining, imaging, and flow cytometry.
• Assist with ongoing business and innovation projects in the lab.
• Conduct data analysis and review.
• Carry out laboratory work and support lab operations.
• Maintain research lab notebooks and record activities.
• Follow lab procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and introduce innovative technologies to improve cell line development and protein production.
• Collaborate with functional teams to support development activities.
• Create technical reports and present data internally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's preferred in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields with 0-4 years of experience.
• Experience with aseptic culture of mammalian cell lines is essential.
• Experience with flow cytometry and cell imaging (fluorescent microscopy) is desirable.
• Automation experience is a plus.
• Understanding of lab functions, maintenance, safety, and SOPs.
• Accurate record-keeping and ability to review scientific literature.
• Well-organized with excellent communication skills.
