We are seeking an independent and motivated Scientist to join our dynamic Product Development R&D team. This role is pivotal in driving the technical evaluation and execution of products in the Canadian market, ensuring successful project launches. Located in the vibrant community of Summit, NJ, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking developments in the consumer health industry.

• Serve as the Product Development representative for regional projects, acting as the technical point of contact for PD Canada.
• Contribute to project planning, timeline management, and milestone deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing.
• Conduct product feasibility assessments for Canada and coordinate formulation options.
• Generate necessary documentation and specifications for regulatory clearance and product launch.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of formulation science, ingredient functionality, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences with 0-2 years of experience, M.S. with 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in product and process development within the consumer health industry.
• Proficient Excel skills.
