• Monitor batch quality, collaborating with the quality assurance team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and contribute to product development improvements.
• Assist in developing new products by conducting research and analyzing market trends.

• BS Degree in a related field
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, documentation, and formulation development
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lab notebook management

• Experience in handling lab equipment
• Adaptability and time management skills
