• Formulate and prepare batches of consumer health products, optimizing formulations and improving product quality through experiments and trials.
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulations and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor batch quality, collaborating with quality assurance to resolve discrepancies and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Work with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to enhance product development and streamline processes.
• Assist in developing new products by conducting research and analyzing market trends, staying current with industry advancements.

• BS Degree
• Experience with consumer health products
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, documentation, and formulation development
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lab notebook management

• Experience handling lab equipment
• Adaptability and time management skills
