, Harvest Restaurants premiere Steakhouse in Summit, is looking for an experienced busser/food runner.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain attentiveness to refill water glasses promptly.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Polish and replace beautiful glassware and silverware.
- Clear bus tubs from the bar area.
- Assist servers and bartenders as needed.
General Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the expo in the kitchen to monitor incoming tickets.
- Prepare to go to stations and ensure mise en place (having ingredients prepped and organized).
- Organize plates onto the gueridon (food cart).
- Deliver food to tables, correctly identifying each guest's plate without requiring instruction.
A seasoned back waiter/food runner can seamlessly transition between these roles.

Respond positively to any guest’s requests.
Requirements- Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage as well as a passion to cultivate this skill.
- Displays a confident and professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- High School Diploma preferred.
