** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points, gates, and controlled doors, verifying authorization and assisting with visitor management procedures as required by site policy.

+ Observe and report suspicious activity, security-related hazards, and/or property conditions, escalating concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision per protocol.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical events, fire alarm activations, and/or other site emergencies.

+ Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, patrol documentation, and/or other required paperwork using approved Allied Universal reporting methods.

+ Communicate clearly with site management, local emergency services when directed, and other personnel, providing timely updates during routine operations and incident response.

+ Support building operations by providing directions, assisting with lost and found procedures, and helping to maintain an orderly environment consistent with site expectations.

* + A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
