Campus Security Officer Shift

Kent Place School is seeking a full-time Campus Security Officer to work 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime on weekends. Ideal candidates will have a background in law enforcement, military, or security, with a minimum of 2 years of experience and SORA certification required.

Responsibilities include:

• directing traffic
• assisting students during arrival and dismissal
• standing outside for extended periods
• patrolling on foot and by golf cart
• greeting and verifying visitors upon arrival
• helping visitors locate available parking on campus
• providing security at athletic events and other campus events
• occasional lifting of traffic cones and packages
