Campus Security Officer Shift

Overview

Kent Place School is seeking a full-time Campus Security Officer to work 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime on weekends. Ideal candidates will have a background in law enforcement, military, or security, with a minimum of 2 years of experience and SORA certification required.

• Direct traffic and assist students during arrival and dismissal.
• Stand outside for extended periods; patrol on foot and by golf cart.
• Greet and verify visitors upon arrival; assist visitors in locating available parking on campus.
• Provide security at athletic events and other campus events.
• Occasionally lift traffic cones and packages.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or security.
• SORA certification required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work outdoors, and handle occasional lifting.

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
