Direct and oversee the maintenance team, assigning and assisting with apartment service requests to ensure timely completion;
Manage vacant apartments and prepare them for new leases in a timely manner;
Maintain the grounds and keep the property clean of debris and trash;
Provide excellent customer service to residents and handle repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems to industry standards;
Perform tasks including electrical circuits, switches, receptacles, breakers, and light fixtures; appliance repairs and installations; plumbing repairs; caulking, carpentry, doors, painting, drywall; bulk trash removal; drains and sewer lines up to 4 feet
