We are hiring an experienced Windchill Developer with strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM, Core Java, and Agile development methodologies
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Windchill PLM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for Windchill PLM
- Analyze user requirements and create technical solutions/designs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to team members
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate on story refinement, technical discussions, and effort estimations
- Stay updated with Windchill PLM enhancements and recommend process improvements
- Support training and knowledge sharing within the team
- Strong experience in Windchill PLM Development
- Expertise in Core Java
- Experience with EIS PLM – Windchill Technical
- Hands‑on experience in Agile/SAFe environments
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
