Automotive Accounting Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Car Biller
. If you’re a well-organized team player with previous automotive bookkeeping experience, we want you to join our team!

• Accurately billing out car deals.
• Process payoffs timely and efficiently
• Remit and account for services purchased
• Prepping accounts for payments & verifying data in system
• Breaking down and Costing deals
• Contact banks to obtain lien releases

• Previous automotive billing experience is required
• Ability to balance large volume accounts
• Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle demanding environment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal
