Our team provides quality workmanship and outstanding service to our customers who are represented by public utilities, government agencies, general contractors, and businesses.

We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our Operations department. The ideal candidate is an organized, critical thinker with previous administrative support experience. This full-time position is based out of our Sumner office.

Key Areas of Responsibility

* Performs utility locating data entry within the 811 system to ensure projects can be scheduled and completed.

* Inputs locate data into Field Services (FS) accurately, ensuring all information is updated and accessible to field operations.

* Communicates directly with locating companies. Makes and receives phone calls to coordinate and confirm locates, answers project-related questions, provides missing information, etc.

* Updates previously located projects when locates have expired for work that has not been completed and/or rescheduled.

* Confirms locates have been completed and cleared for the Saw team, to ensure timely work operations.

* Communicates locate information directly with superintendents, foremen, saw coordinators, etc.

* Provides backup support for order entry tasks. Reviews, analyzes, and processes incoming contract work orders entering work orders into FS system.

* Provides additional administrative support as required.

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability to respond to customers in a professional manner.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team.

* Strong problem-solving skills.

* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
