Triad Machinery is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Service Administrator at our newly completed Sumner, Washington branch.

For more than 30 years, Triad Machinery has been a Pacific Northwest leader in forestry, cranes, and construction equipment. From sales to service, parts to administration, our team members are the lifeblood of the Triad Machinery family.

Triad Machinery is a full‑service dealership that specializes in crane, forestry, and heavy construction industries. Our six branches are equipped to provide exceptional services, new and used equipment, equipment rentals, parts, and maintenance. We have been serving our customers for more than three decades, putting customer satisfaction as our top priority.

• Key support for Service Manager
• Provide information on open service jobs for review by Service Manager daily
• Make corrections or add charges to open service jobs, as needed
• Submit warranty information to Warranty Administrator for filing with manufacturer
• Prepare invoices and expense reports for Accounts Payable
• Ensure mechanic information, driving records, and CDL requirements are up to date
• Process mechanic timecards – verify hours, codes, and job description
• Submit final hours twice monthly to payroll department

• High school degree required; some college coursework preferred
• Ability to organize, multitask and complete work accurately while meeting deadlines
• Proficient use of computer systems – accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Mechanical understanding a plus

Wages for this position are $22 to $27 per hour.
