Site Training Specialist

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Location:
Sumner office but up to 70% on site
What We Require:
- 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience, including experience coaching or developing site teams require.
- 2 + years of experience in training facilitation
- Experience with property management systems, learning management systems (LMS), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and virtual training platforms required; experience with Yardi, Rent Cafe, Meet Elise, Aspire, Adobe Acrobat, Epremium, Pay Ready, and other AI-assisted productivity tools preferred.
- A valid Washington State driver's license (or ability to obtain one prior to job commencement)
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical information
- Experience drafting or editing training materials (PowerPoint and live environment training)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Able to read, write, and speak English. - Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Customer-service oriented and leads by example;
Able to communicate with internal staff and external vendors, contractors, and customers in a professional manner. - Adaptable and able to change training methods depending on the learning style of different associates.
- Able to work independently and is a self-starter.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver hands-on onboarding and ongoing training for multifamily site office staff, including Business Managers, Assistant Business Managers, Leasing Associates, and other administrative team members.
- Partner with Regional Managers and site leaders to identify site-level training needs and provide targeted coaching that addresses daily operational processes, system use, and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain role-based training plans and learning paths for Business Managers, Assistant Business Managers, Leasing Associates, and other site administrative positions.
- Provide practical coaching and development support to site office employees in their current roles and as they prepare for expanded site responsibilities.
- Develop, document, and reinforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for multifamily site office functions to improve consistency, accuracy, and staff effectiveness.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, operational results, compliance findings, and manager observations; recommend improvements based on results.
- Support adoption of new systems, policies, procedures, and site office initiatives by preparing training materials, providing instruction, and partnering with Operations, HR, Compliance, and Systems teams as needed.
- Oversee and track completion of required compliance training through Aspire and other platforms.
- Support audits related to lease files, notices, renewals, and compliance with state and company requirements.
- Identify and recommend practical training resources that support multifamily site office operations, compliance requirements, and consistent execution of company procedures.
- Maintain awareness of multifamily operational practices, regulatory updates, technology changes, and site training needs; recommend updates that strengthen site office performance.
- Develop and facilitate recurring webinars, in-person training, and site visits focused on multifamily site office operations, systems, notices, leasing processes, renewals, and related
- Expected on-site 60-70% of the time.
