Role: Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Planner

Location: Sumner, WA

Pay: $25–$27 per hour

Schedule: Four days per week, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Your Day-to-Day As Our Orthodontic Treatment Planner:

• Coordinate treatment plans and ensure clear communication between patients and orthodontists
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits to keep patient flow smooth
• Educate patients about treatment options and explain procedures
• Discuss financial responsibilities so patients feel informed and confident
• Maintain accurate records and assist with insurance verification and billing

Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a dental office
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Outgoing and passionate about helping others
• Excellent communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who thrives on collaboration
