Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating customers and employees fairly and ethically, creating a safe, clean, and inclusive environment, and providing the right products, services, and care at the right time with accurate pricing. Deliver direct patient intervention through health and wellness services and experiences that comply with state and federal laws. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities- Support company health and wellness initiatives.
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain required national or state registration, certification, or license.
- Assist pharmacist with tasks that do not require professional judgement.
- Provide stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing efficiently.
- Coach and train clerks and technicians.
- Compound medications according to state and other regulations.
- Perform post‑fill audits to verify prescription information against computer records.
- Support non‑dispensing services using various platforms and applications.
- Conduct CLIA‑waived screenings per state, federal law, and company policies.
- Enforce sanitation and safety regulations, notifying management of unsafe conditions.
- Report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud.
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Completion of required national registration, certification, or licensure.
- Any comparable experience.
- Any equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician.
