We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a SUDP at our Sumner, WA location

Responsibilities for this position include:

Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.

Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting.

Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client’s continuum of care.

Facilitate case-load groups as needed

Clinical Documentation within EMR

Qualifications:

Pass pre-employment drug screenSUDP WA State Department of Health Credential.
