Position: Recruiter

Pay: $28 to $29/hour + uncapped commission

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in staffing or recruiting

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Interview potential candidates to assess fit and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in a customer relationship management system or similar system.
• Perform high-volume outreach aligned with sales and recruitment goals.
• Deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to present services as ideal solutions.
• Manage post-placement tasks and ensure smooth administrative follow-through.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Assess the quality of leads and prospects based on set criteria.
• Qualify candidates to ensure alignment with hiring standards.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment process.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Proficiency in using office productivity software and social media platforms.
• Driven and persistent in achieving recruitment goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and priorities efficiently.

• Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
