A leading aerospace manufacturer in Sumner, WA is seeking an Aerospace Inventory Coordinator to join its team. In this temp-to-hire role, you ll help manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and support the delivery of critical aerospace components.
Responsibilities- Record and maintain accurate shipping information for all outgoing packages
- Create shipping documents and pull inventory from storage locations
- Determine shipping priorities and select appropriate shipping methods to meet delivery schedules
- Package parts and supplies for shipment using proper materials and procedures
- Assemble shipping containers and secure shipments for safe transport
- Apply shipping labels, identifying information, and shipping instructions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels of shipping supplies and materials
- Support inventory control activities and ensure inventory accuracy
Monday - Friday
3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
$22.25 + 10% differential = $24.48
Aerospace Inventory Coordinator Requirements- 1+ year of inventory, shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
- 1+ year of ERP shipping or inventory management systems
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
