Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join the PNW Warehousing team. This role serves as a key point of communication between customers, internal warehouse teams, and carriers to help ensure the accurate and timely movement of freight. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and proactively resolve scheduling or service-related issues.

Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced logistics environment are essential. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and internal warehouse teams.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling appointments and communicating shipment requirements.
• Enter, update, and monitor orders within the warehouse management system.
• Confirm shipment details, inventory availability, delivery expectations, and special handling instructions.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding order status, shipment progress, delays, and service concerns.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation.
• Review bills of lading, packing lists, delivery receipts, and other records for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate customer requirements clearly to warehouse teams and verify that orders are completed as requested.
• Work with carriers and drivers to resolve scheduling, pickup, delivery, and documentation issues.
• Identify potential service concerns and proactively coordinate solutions with the appropriate team members.
• Investigate and assist in resolving order discrepancies, inventory concerns, damages, shortages, and customer claims.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Support accurate billing by confirming completed services, accessorial charges, and supporting documentation.
• Build positive working relationships with customers, carriers, and internal team members.
• Assist with operational reporting and other administrative or logistics-related duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in customer support or client services is required.
• Previous experience in Third Party Logistics as a Logistics Coordinator
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling challenging conversations with professionalism.
• Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer information is desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

$22.00- $27.00 per hour depending on experience

• 80% covered Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (80% covered for employee premiums)

• 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday and overtime as needed

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
