Roving Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

ScheduleMonday‑Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm
LocationAbility to support residential properties in Olympia, Auburn, Kent, Seattle, Sammamish, Puyallup, Bremerton, and Enumclaw.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade
- Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other property tracking systems
- Ability to use standard maintenance equipment
As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist the supervisor in overseeing on‑site maintenance staff and diagnosing and repairing issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, and appliances.
You will schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and work order requests from residents. You will conduct inspections before and after move‑ins, move‑outs, and apartment turns to ensure compliance with company standards. You will obtain bids from outside contractors, ensure work meets the highest standards, prepare and submit property invoices, and maintain relationships with vendors.
Additionally, you will maintain property cleanliness through regular inspections, respond to on‑call duties, and ensure daily safety inspections of pool and fitness areas. You will also participate in company training on fair housing, safety, non‑discrimination, and harassment prevention, complying with Company National Standards and applicable laws.
