Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will play a crucial role in food production. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, ensuring sanitation and organization of tools to USDA standards, and operating machinery to produce food items. This dynamic role requires teamwork during production and independent work during preparation.

• Prepare ingredients for dumpling and food production.
• Sanitize and organize tools and equipment according to USDA standards.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures for human and food safety, and quality assurance.
• Operate machinery to prepare soup dumplings and other food items.
• Work collaboratively during production and independently during preparation.
• Manage varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Experience in large-scale food preparation with associated culinary and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Readiness to learn and adapt to dynamic work environments.
• Enthusiasm for working in a team setting.

• Capability to work at any station as required.
• Mandatory 8 hours of overtime per week.
• Experience with packing, inventory, and material handling.
• Proficiency with RF scanner and general labor tasks.
• Commitment to health and safety standards, including appropriate attire and personal protective equipment.

Work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures. Expect to wear layers and be prepared for wet and dirty conditions. Proper attire includes clean, scent-free clothing, closed-toe shoes, and necessary personal protective equipment. Shift hours are from 3 AM to 4 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, WA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sumner,WA.
