Who You Are You’re a motivated Cefla Operator with a solid foundation in production or automated equipment, looking to join a high-performing team where your skills are valued and your career can grow. What You’ll DoOperate the Cefla finishing machine to apply paint and clear coat to cabinet components, setting the pace and ensuring consistent, high-quality production for the entire line.
Switch out paint or clear coat in the machine as needed, ensuring correct materials are used and waste is minimized.
Inspect parts for quality, identify any surface or coating defects, and determine appropriate repair or rework steps.
Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
Collaborate with team members across departments to support production flow and improve overall finish quality.
Maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and finish integrity.
Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.
What You Bring Prior finishing, painting, woodworking, or machine-operating experience is a plus; however, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Comfortable operating the machine, loading pieces, and performing routine color changes.
Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
Able to read production schedules and job cards and use basic computer interfaces.
A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
