Hourly Pay Rate: $22.25/hour - $26.25 hour
Position
The Shipping Clerk manages outgoing shipments, storage, and inventory of completed parts for customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Records all information for each package shipped out; determining shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules.
- Create shipping documents and pulling inventory from shelves.
- Determine method of shipment, proper packages, and inserting parts or supplies to ship.
- Assemble containers or select preassembled containers; secure cover on wooden crates and bind containers with metal bands.
- Stamps, stencils, or glues identifying information and shipping instructions onto containers accurately.
- Maintains the inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of ERP shipping modules required
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Certificate from a college or technical school directly related to the duties and responsibilities in an inventory-based position preferred
Experience
- Minimum of one year of inventory experience preferred
Certifications
- Certification on propane and electric forklift required

Pay
SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
