Cefla Operator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cefla Operator to join our high-performing Finish Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with automated production equipment and want to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll operate our Cefla finishing machine—designed to coat multiple cabinet parts at once—ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes that meet Bellmont’s standards of excellence.
WhoYou Are
You’re a motivated Cefla Operator with a solid foundation in production or automated equipment, looking to join a high-performing team where your skills are valued and your career can grow. You take pride in producing clean, consistent results, enjoy hands‑on work, and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You’re not just looking for another job—you want to be part of a company where craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement are part of the culture.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Operate the Cefla finishing machine to apply paint and clear coat to cabinet components, setting the pace and ensuring consistent, high-quality production for the entire line.
- Switch out paint or clear coat in the machine as needed, ensuring correct materials are used and waste is minimized.
- Inspect parts for quality, identify any surface or coating defects, and determine appropriate repair or rework steps.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support production flow and improve overall finish quality.
- Maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and finish integrity.
- Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—a value placed on technicians who think critically and take ownership.
- Prior finishing, painting, woodworking, or machine‑operating experience is a plus; however, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Comfortable operating the machine, loading pieces, and performing routine color changes.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
- Able to read production schedules and job cards and use basic computer interfaces.
- A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At Bellmont Cabinets, we don’t just build cabinets—we build careers. We invest in our people through training, advancement opportunities, and a collaborative environment where your skills make a real difference. You’ll join a team of professionals who are proud of what they do and passionate about craftsmanship.
