$24.48 - $28.88 per hour (includes a 10% differential). Full‑time non‑exempt. Washington law pay guidelines may vary by region.

Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday.

The assembler works according to takt time on a moving line or bench, performing finish assembly processes to mass‑produce commercial aircraft composite products.

• Follow job traveler instructions to assemble parts using small hand tools, bonding adhesives and assembly jigs.
• Hand wrap insulation blankets, using utility knives, foam insulation, and insulation tape.
• Perform light sanding and abrading of composite, plastic, and some metal components.
• May perform some light riveting using rivet squeezes and pop rivet guns.

• Fine hand motor skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated and quick learner.
• Basic math skills.
• Understanding of process specifications.
• Understanding of technology with the ability to learn new platforms and systems.

One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Indoor work, may not be temperature controlled.
• Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
• Exposure to hazardous equipment.
• Exposure to contaminants.
• Shared work spaces with other employees.
• Handles objects of up to 50 lb.
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
• Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies by role, shift and overtime).
