** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on RMC plant equipment and components to ensure safe, reliable operation.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment issues proactively.
* Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and maintain workflow efficiency.
* Utilize tools, diagnostic systems, and technical documentation to complete repairs accurately.
* Maintain detailed service records while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mobile equipment.
* Capability to interpret technical manuals and use diagnostic tools effectively.
* Strong commitment to safety practices and equipment reliability.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast‐paced environment.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team setting.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
