Operate 3- and 4-axis vertical and horizontal CNC mills to machine sheet metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications;
Set up machines by installing pallets, vises, tombstones, and fixtures, and load parts into machines for production runs;
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, manuals, tool setups, and sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements;
Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces to guide machining operations;
Perform deburring of finished parts and inspect quality to meet production targets
